How treatment works (3 steps)

Clinical + Imaging Evaluation – We identify the pain generator and confirm candidacy.

Prepare Your Biologic – Your blood or marrow is processed in a closed, sterile system.

Precision Injection – Under ultrasound/fluoro guidance, we place the biologic exactly where it’s needed.

What To Expect

Visit length: typically 60–120 minutes depending on procedure.

Downtime: most patients resume light activity within days; rehab plan is tailored.

Timeline: improvements often build over 4–12 weeks as tissue biology changes.

Number of treatments: many conditions respond to 1–3 sessions, guided by your response and goals.

Who is a good candidate?

Mechanical (movement-related) pain from a tendon, ligament, joint, or focal nerve entrapment

Willing to follow a graded physical rehabilitation plan and activity modifications

Looking to avoid or delay surgery when appropriate

Able to pause certain medication/supplements that affect platelets, if advised
